- 50ml Jameson Black Barrel
- 50ml Ginger Beer
- 20ml Pink Grapefruit
- Spiced Blackcurrant Cordial
- Pinch of Salt
- Mix ice, 50ml whiskey, 50ml ginger beer and juice in a glass.
- Garnish with a pair of grapefruit half slices.
- Dip a corner of one of the grapefruit slices in the smoked salt and drop into the drink.
- You can apply salt to the rim of the glass to make a Salty Wolfhound.
