Call Me Bubbles

Zhuzh things up with this effervescent zingy beauty for celebrations, appreciations or brunch at the weekend.

  • Champagne
  • Ice Cubes
  • 25 ml Jameson Black Barrel BUY NOW
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • 30 ml Rhubarb liqueur

  1. Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
