This smooth cocktail features true Argentinian flavours, and has a woody and fruity finish, with light sour and citric notes.

  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Ice Cubes
  • 60 ml Jameson Black Barrel BUY NOW
  • 10 ml Red Wine

  1. To Make Red Wine Reduction: Add 250ml white sugar and 250ml Argentinian red wine to a saucepan and bring to a boil, Reduce to a very low heat immediately and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.
  2. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir until chilled.
  3. Express the oils from the orange zest and then use to garnish the cocktail.
